Ginger truly embodies the best of the breed — she’s incredibly friendly, playful, and patient, especially with our children. She loves to snuggle with our three-year-old and playfully romp around with our ten-year-old. She’s a big part of our family, and we couldn’t ask for a sweeter dog.

Our plan was to pair Ginger with a Poodle for a traditional Bernedoodle litter… but life had a surprise in store! Our neighbor’s AKC-registered Yellow Labrador Retriever was quite determined that Ginger was the one for him. Despite our best efforts (and a very sturdy fence!), love found a way!

While this wasn’t the pairing we originally intended, we are thrilled with the combination. Labradors are known for their gentle, loyal, and family-friendly nature, and when combined with Ginger’s loving Bernedoodle temperament, these puppies will make wonderful family companions — intelligent, affectionate, playful, and easy to love

Ginger has been health and genetically tested through Orivet. Her results are available upon request.
